Team Working Together in a Spirit of Trust

Professionalism, respect and tolerance are the key pillars of the work carried out by the Joachim Herz Foundation. Mutual trust is the hallmark of the way people work together within the Foundation. This involves teamwork, an open dialog including everyone involved, and transparent leadership decisions.
The Joachim Herz Foundation has three governing bodies: the Executive Board, the Board of Trustees, and the Joint Foundation Committee, which comprises both of the above. The remits of each are defined in both the statutes and the Code of Governance.
